06 Intellectual Property
Alessandro Verdicchio retains all right, title, and interest in and to the SprintBrain software, extension code, design, trademarks, and associated content. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Your content: You retain full ownership of all snippets and text content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Alessandro Verdicchio a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.
Feedback: Any suggestions, feature requests, or feedback you provide about the Service may be used by Alessandro Verdicchio to improve SprintBrain without restriction or compensation.
07 Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Supabase (authentication) and optionally with Notion (snippet synchronization). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective providers' own terms of service and privacy policies, which you should review independently.
Alessandro Verdicchio is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or content provided by Supabase or Notion. Interruption of these third-party services may affect SprintBrain functionality.
No AI integration is currently active. SprintBrain does not currently transmit any user content to AI or language model providers. If AI features are introduced in the future, these Terms will be updated and users notified before activation.
08 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.
In particular, Alessandro Verdicchio does not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free during the pre-launch phase.
- Data synchronized from Notion will always be accurate or complete.
- Third-party integrations (Supabase, Notion) will remain continuously available.
- The extension will function identically across all browsers, operating systems, or website environments.
Where statutory consumer warranties apply under Italian or EU law, they are not excluded by this disclaimer.
09 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALESSANDRO VERDICCHIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
As SprintBrain is currently provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed €50 EUR.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Italian or EU consumer law.
10 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alessandro Verdicchio from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11 Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Chrome Extension and deleting your account at sprintbrain.com.
Alessandro Verdicchio may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms.
- We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
- We determine your use causes harm to SprintBrain, other users, or third-party services.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimer), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law) survive termination.
12 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. EU consumer protection law applicable in your country of residence also applies and is not overridden by this clause.
Any dispute arising from these Terms should first be raised informally by contacting Alessandro Verdicchio at sprintbrainapp@gmail.com.
